General information for your hospital stay

Television is free of charge. Please pay a deposit of 20 € at information desk to obtain your necessary remote control device. On your discharge date please return the receipt and remote control device to information desk. Then your deposit will be refunded. Please do not pass your remote control on to other patients as your name is noted on the receipt.

Our service staff serves beverages several times a day. 
At your convenience water is always available at the water dispenser on the corridor of your ward.

In cooperation with The Cloud Networks Germany we offer wireless LAN at the entire clinic premises. At best you bring your own notebook, tablet, smartphone or similar WLAN compatible device. You can also loan an Apple iPad-table at our information desk against a deposit payment of 100 EUR refunded by return.

How to access our wireless LAN:

• please use WLAN „mycloud“ and connect to it
• if you experience problems with your internet login, contact following service number of the cloud: 0800 222 555 2 free of charge, (if you use our clinic telephone, please additionally dial 0 for outside line)

Of course you can reach the clinic website (http://www.klinik-schindlbeck.de) as well as all associated surgeries free of charge and without having to log in.

Our internet access is free of charge.

We want you to feel comfortable at our clinic, therefore we recommend you bring a convenient wardrobe (tracksuit, dressing gown, house slippers)

Parking is free for our visitors for the first hour. Please register at information desk in the central entrance area. Each additional hour costs 1 Euro. Please keep in mind that available parking space is limited. You are also free to use public parking areas outside the clinic premises.

if possible let yourself be taken to the clinic or use public transportation (S-Bahn, Linie 8 "Airport" from Munich, bus lines 951 & 956 from Starnberg, bus line 9653 from Weilheim) From 7:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. car park is free of charge

On request we are pleased to book hairdressing, foot care, pedicure and manicure appointments to the clinic

Every patient bed is equipped with its own telephone, you receive your direct extension number at registration. Before you are able to use your phone you need to pay a deposit of 20 Euros at information desk. Then you receive your individual number and further information.

The fee is 1 Euro per day, no matter how often and whom you call. This flat rate is effective for all landline and mobile calls into fixed and mobile phone networks of Germany, Austria and Switzerland except for not listed countries and chargeable service numbers.

We recommend you to leave any valuable objects at home for the duration of your stay. Elective service rooms feature little safes.
