Our nursing staff take on the qualified nursing and care for you with a lot of commitment. Beside providing nursing we assist you to convey a feeling of security, create trust and to support you in your endeavor for hope and will to live. Our nursing staff defines itself as intermediary between you, your relatives, physicians and clinic staff. Your care is individually planned with the aim to support you in a useful way where you need it, to identify and encourage existing abilities and to give advice and accompany you in all aspects of your current situation. The care planning is preceded by a comprehensive conversation between you and an experienced caregiver. Care service in this form allows you access to a registered nurse at all times to help you with your problems. All necessary caring requirements are decided in consultation with you in your room in order to actively involve you in your recovery process. The handling of all procedures always meets highest hygienic standards subjected to ongoing quality control performed by a hygiene specialist. All nursing and medical information concerning your status are managed in an IT based documentation system. During shift changes caring results concerning you are evaluated in order to maintain the flow of information among the shift working nursing staff to guarantee your continuous care service.
