In order to make your stay at our clinic as comfortable as possible, we compiled the following information at your convenience:  

Hospitalization

Hospitalization either takes place through the treating doctor via referral form, at the instigation of another clinic or by emergency physician or rescue directing center.

national health insurance
private health insurance
self-paying patients

Self-paying patients are requested to make a down payment prior to admission in accordance to the appropriate treatment/duration of stay.  

Important documents concerning your stay

•  referral form
•  insurance ID card (statutory or private health insurance)
•  previous diagnostic findings, X-ray images and physicians’ reports documenting previous hospitalizations
•  reasonable amount of cash, additional costs can be settled via debit card or by credit card (VISA & Mastercard)  

Handling valuables

Most single and twin bedrooms feature a safe. Please keep in mind that we can assume no liability for your valuables.
